Liminal have been commissioned by GVG to create a site-specific installation for GVG2015, to be installed on Goonhilly Downs on 24 - 25 September 2015.
Goonhilly Village Green 2015 (GVG) is an artist led pilot project, exploring a unique, environmentally sensitive area in Cornwall: Gonnhilly Downs. The Downs are a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and protected historical environment with global connections as a result of their pivotal role in modern telecommunications.
On 24-25 September 2015 the Goonhilly Village Green will host a temporary cultural centre at the heart of the Goonhilly downs - a place for public presentations, artists' commissions, workshops and social gatherings - where communities can meet, talk, learn and play.
